1. Zero-Piracy Policy & Copyright Commitment
YoAnime Online ("YoAnime") respects the intellectual property rights of creators, publishers, animation studios, and copyright holders. We comply fully with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (17 U.S.C. § 512).
Strict Zero-Piracy Invariant: YoAnime does NOT host, index, or distribute pirated video streams or illegally ripped digital manga chapters. All trailer video embeds originate strictly from official verified YouTube studio channels (Crunchyroll, Aniplex, MAPPA, ufotable, Toho).

3. Required Elements of a Valid DMCA Takedown Notice
To be effective under 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3), your notice must include all 6 mandatory items:
- A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
- Identification of the material claimed to be infringing, including the specific URL permalink on YoAnime.
- Information reasonably sufficient to permit YoAnime to contact you (full legal name, address, telephone number, and email address).
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
4. Counter-Notification Procedure
If you believe your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification under 17 U.S.C. § 512(g)(3) containing:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that has been removed and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court.
5. Repeat Infringer Policy
In accordance with 17 U.S.C. § 512(i), YoAnime will terminate user accounts or restrict IP access of users determined to be repeat infringers of intellectual property rights.
